2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to use the 29bit platform. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. Providing a false age at the time of registration is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

2.2 Account Registration Rules

• Each person may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A 15x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

• Bonus balances may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirement has been met.
• Bonuses are only usable on eligible games — bonus wagering may be prohibited on certain games.
• The bonus is valid for 30 days from the date it is credited to the account.
• Expired bonuses will be forfeited automatically.

• Intentionally exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain a strategic advantage.

8.1 Account Closure by 29bit

29bit reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms.
• Providing false or inaccurate information.
• Any fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Failure or refusal to cooperate with account verification.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. All pending transactions will be completed before the request is processed.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account will be considered inactive if there has been no login or transaction for 12 months or more. A maintenance fee may be applied to inactive accounts.
